Slendertone Reviews

Screen shot 2011 03 12 at 13.02.35 249x300 Slendertone ReviewsThe Slendertone Flex Pro Abdominal Muscle Toner is one of many abdominal exercise products on the market. One of the big claims of this Slendertone product is that it can deliver visible results within six weeks of use.

Does It Work?

It also claims to tone and strengthen muscles while using electrical muscle stimulation. This means that it gives off a current which forces involuntary contractions of abdominal muscles. While reading Slendertone Reviews, it was evident that the majority of users felt this was a quality product. Most liked that it was able to provide them many benefits as opposed to going to their local gym.

The Benefits

Some of the benefits of the Slendertone Flex Pro Abdominal Muscle Toner include the ability to use the product in many situations and the effectiveness of the product. Many users felt that this abdominal muscle toner was very easy for them to use. All they had to do was put on the belt and let the Slendertone go to work. They could use the product at home, at work, and in many other locations. This eliminated the need to spend a lot of money on gym membership fees. Users claimed to feel like their abdominal muscles were much firmer after the first several weeks.

The Negative Points

There are several pros and cons of using this product. Some of the pros include the ability to activate an area of the body that is difficult to work out and the gel pads protect users from abrasions. Abdominal muscles are quickly activated and contracted during the use of this product. Many users like that the gel pads are effective in preventing abrasions that might be seen when they used other electrical muscle stimulation devices. Cons include the lack of overall weight loss and inability to achieve six pack abs by using this product by itself. It does not provide the cardiovascular exercise needed to lose weight quickly. While it does tone the abs, the Slendetone should not be used alone when trying to get abdominal muscles that stick out.

Summery

Overall, Slendertone Reviews are very positive. Users like that the gel pads prevent them from getting any abrasions during electrical muscle stimulation. They do not have to do crunches and sit-ups all the time. This is nice as these exercises have been linked to spine and back pain. The Slendertone Flex Pro does work to tone and strengthen muscles as claimed, but users should also engage in other types of physical activity to see maximum results. People of all ages can get stronger abdominal muscles by using this abdominal muscle toner.

Is There A Better Product?

The most positive feedback from my clients has been for the ‘Truth About Abs’ program. It is currently the hottest product which has sold over 340,000 copies worldwide. See below for more information.
